ANNUAL PRIMARY CARE SURVEY
Southern Vermont AHEC’s annual Primary Care Survey has gone out to all of our primary care practices in southern Vermont. The data we receive through this survey is used to determine healthcare practices-to-population ratios in our region, and is combined to provide an accurate yearly synopsis statewide. This has a direct effect on practitioner loan repayment awards and recruitment support to our area.
Connecting students to careers, professionals to communities, and communities to better health.
